when paying your invoice through the Waste Industries My Account Customer Portal
and eBilling System.
I want to make a one time online payment
. By selecting this payment method, I understand I am responsible for a $4.95 fee for credit card or bank account payments. You will need your customer account # and invoice number to process your payment under this option.
Pay By Phone
I want to pay by phone. By selecting this option, I understand I am responsible for a $4.95 fee for credit card payments or bank account payments. These fees are paid directly to our 3rd party payment processor and not Waste Industries. You will need your customer account # and invoice number to process your payment.

Pay By Mail
I want to pay by mail. I want to receive a paper invoice and send a check with my remittance slip. This is your default payment method until you turn on eBilling in the My Account Customer Portal
and eBilling System. I can also draft a payment from my bank account or use the one time payment options shown above.
