Your local branch pick-up facts:

• Your day of service is not changing – If we do change your day, we will notify you in advance, but don’t worry about that now!

To ensure collection, please roll your cart to the curb no later than 5:30 am on your scheduled day of service.

Excluded items that should never be put in the cart include: construction and demolition debris, hazardous waste, tires, paint, batteries, white goods, and dead animals.

At Waste Industries we pride ourselves on providing one of the highest quality services available in the industry, and we know that an effective solid waste company means that you shouldn’t ever have to worry about your waste collection. For that reason, we believe in full transparency when it comes to your trash and recycling pick-up.

Remember, container placement is essential to Automated Side Loading. Please remember we don’t want to damage your property, so be sure to keep your container AT LEAST 10 feet away from any property that could be damaged.

Columbus County Container Placement

The container opening must be facing into the street with the handles and wheels facing your home. Carts need to be placed at the curb the night before your pick-up day.

Here are some quick pointers for all of your trash pick-up needs:

As a Waste Industries customer you will receive a 96 gallon trash cart which we will pick up once a week. Remember, only trash contained within the cart will be collected.
