Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) is often used to describe garbage, refuse, and similar solid waste material discarded from residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sources and community actives, including materials that are to be recycled.
Municipal Waste includes:
  • Plastic Waste – Plastic comes in many forms, but often after use is disposed of or thrown away.
  • Food Waste – Food that is often discarded in the trashcan. This can range from excess food to Banana peels and apple cores.
  • Electronic Waste – Electronic Waste comes in the form of electronic products that we use such as TV’s and computers.
  • Recyclable Materials – Materials that care often recycled include paper, cardboard, glass jars, and aluminum cans.
